Search destinations
Search GoVisit destinations by name or traveler intent and return stable destination codes and canonical URLs.
What this skill provides
The search-destinations Agent Skill gives a compatible coding or travel agent reviewed instructions for search_destinations, including request guidance, interpretation limits, and a generated contract reference. It uses the same stateless HTTP API documented on the tool reference page.
Search for a known destination name or use traveler intent to find candidate destinations. Pass a returned stable destination code to the search places tool when the traveler has established a destination.
Discover and install the current package
Read the public index before installing or refreshing. It supplies the canonical archive URL and current SHA-256 digest:

This example verifies the original archive before installing its expected files into a govisit- prefixed directory. It gives the installed skill the same prefixed name; the canonical package and contract stay unchanged:

Point your Agent Skills-compatible host at that directory or copy it to the host’s configured skill location. Re-read the index and refresh the full skill directory when the digest changes. Installed copies are snapshots and do not update automatically; keep the package version and contract reference together.
