Velká Fürstenberská zahrada

The Great Fürstenberg Garden is a standout among Prague's terraced gardens, occupying a steep southern slope beneath the Castle. Spanning 1.55 hectares, the space is organized across ten distinct terraces that rise thirty-five meters above the street. Visitors are greeted by an incredible botanical collection that includes more than 3,500 flowers, 8,500 shrubs, and 2,200 roses. The garden also preserves historic iron staircases that add to its character. Because it is equipped with modern lighting, the garden remains a prime spot for evening visitors who want to enjoy the quiet atmosphere and rare city views without the daytime crowds. It is best accessed via Valdštejnská Street or the Old Castle Stairs.
