Silicon Gym, located in the basement of block 2 at the Strahov dormitory, serves as a central hub for student fitness and training. The facility is split into several functional zones, including an open gym area packed with dumbbells, barbells, and machines, as well as two aerobics rooms specifically designed for group classes, boxing, and functional training with equipment like TRX and kettlebells. Beyond standard strength training, the space includes a solarium and a dedicated massage room to aid in student recovery. Operating daily from 6:00 to 23:00, the gym requires prior registration for access and maintains a community-focused environment where users are encouraged to clean up after themselves and find training partners for safety.
