Divadlo Minaret

Divadlo Minaret, established in 1994, is a professional theater company dedicated to staging original fairy tales for children and youth, alongside unique chamber plays for adults that are rarely found on other stages in the Czech Republic. Operating from the historic Reduta space on Národní street, the theater emphasizes humor, playfulness, and narratives where good prevails over evil, often incorporating original music by composers like Petr Malásek and Jarek Nohavica. Beyond their performance schedule, the theater actively hosts group acting courses designed for students ranging from 10 to 90 years old, providing a creative space for community members to develop performance skills in an intimate, accessible environment.
