CrossFit Praha, operating in the heart of Prague since 2009, stands as the first licensed CrossFit affiliate in the Czech Republic. Located at Malá Štěpánská 1929/9, the gym serves as an accessible training hub for both residents and visitors, maintaining a philosophy centered on no ego and no pressure. The facility provides a welcoming, bilingual environment where classes are taught in both English and Czech. Each standard 60-minute session provides a mix of strength, gymnastics, conditioning, and skill work, all of which are scaled to the individual capability of the participant. Beyond group classes, the gym offers specialized CrossFit Basics courses limited to four participants for focused technique training, as well as 1:1 coaching tailored to personal goals such as weight loss, injury prevention, or athletic performance.
