Céleste is the primary dining destination for those wishing to experience the interior of Prague's world-famous Dancing House. Designed by Frank Gehry, the building itself is a modern architectural icon, and the restaurant occupies its top floor. Upon exiting the elevator, guests enter a circular, light-filled dining space that offers expansive, multi-directional views of the Vltava River, Prague Castle, and Petrin Hill. The kitchen specializes in French fine dining, featuring a menu that highlights seafood, such as Dover sole, and dedicated vegetarian options like potato gnocchi with Beaufort cheese. During the summer, the experience extends to an outdoor terrace, providing a unique vantage point over the city.
