During the day, guests can enjoy coffee roasted by Poppy Beans, prepared with precision in espresso, batch, or handbrew formats, alongside a breakfast menu that highlights seasonal ingredients, including house-made lučina and dairy sourced from Krasolesí. As the day progresses, the environment shifts to a cocktail bar, utilizing a dedicated Flavor Laboratory to craft inventive signature drinks alongside a curated list of natural, additive-free wines. The space itself is designed to mirror natural elements, featuring walls that resemble sandstone, a central wooden trunk, and carefully curated ambient lighting, making it a unique destination for both casual mornings and sophisticated evenings.
