Bistro Habibi is an exceptionally intimate dining destination located in the Vyšehrad district of Prague. Run by a Christian Jordanian owner, this one-man operation prides itself on serving authentic, home-style Levantine food that relies on traditional recipes passed down through his family. Because the owner handles every aspect of the cooking process alone, the bistro operates on a slow-food philosophy where every plate is made to order; guests are encouraged to settle in, enjoy the environment, and avoid visiting if they are pressed for time. The menu is best explored by ordering the mezze platter and allowing the owner to provide his personal recommendations. Due to the very limited seating capacity, calling ahead or making a reservation is strictly required to ensure availability.
