Having operated on this site since the brewery began production in 1872, the establishment provides a genuine connection to Prague's brewing legacy. The interior underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2016 to celebrate the brewery's 147th anniversary, successfully merging industrial history with modern, comfortable design. Guests can expect traditional Czech cuisine refined for contemporary tastes, accompanied by a selection of tank and draft beers that are rigorously maintained under the guidance of the resident master brewer. Beyond the main dining hall, the property features a cozy, all-weather summer terrace in the courtyard. For larger gatherings, the venue includes specialized event spaces like Paspův sál and Trnkův salonek, which, when combined with the restaurant and the adjacent PHENOMEN music bar, can accommodate up to eight hundred people, making it an ideal choice for corporate events, weddings, or large celebrations.
