Přehled
Restaurace U Mecenáše occupies a remarkable position in Prague's Malá Strana, situated within one of the city's oldest and most historically significant buildings. Originally rooted in the Gothic era of the 13th century, the structure stands as the final surviving purely Renaissance building on Malostranské náměstí. Guests dine within spaces that have seen centuries of change, including preserved fragments of original Gothic fortress walls located in the cellar. Today, the restaurant combines this deep history with a focus on high-quality traditional and modern Czech cuisine. With a summer patio offering views of the iconic Church of St. Nicholas and Prague Castle, as well as an Austro-Hungarian salon equipped for private events, it serves a wide variety of guests ranging from casual tourists to corporate groups of up to 100 people.
