Přehled
Situated in the heart of Lesser Town near the mouth of the Čertovka mill race, Restaurace Čertovka is housed within historic buildings that date back to the 15th and 16th centuries. The venue features distinct dining areas, including two internal halls, an intimate 12-seat salon, and a dedicated pub, all providing a glimpse into the past, with the salon space previously functioning as a carpentry workshop. Beyond the interior, the restaurant offers an expansive terrace with 70 seats that provide direct, unobstructed views of the Vltava River and Charles Bridge. Guests access the property through a unique narrow alley, which serves as the last preserved fire alley in the district. The menu focuses on traditional Czech recipes, ranging from diverse starters to hearty main courses and house-made desserts, making it a functional stop for both casual diners and those looking for a landmark-proximate experience.
