The Kostel svatého Michaela archanděla, situated at Havelská 539/24 in the heart of Prague Old Town, stands as a historically and legally contentious site. Once part of a Servite monastery, the structure holds a listing in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. For over a decade, it has been the focal point of public and legal disputes regarding its preservation, structural condition, and the circumstances of its sale to a commercial entity.
