Overview
Bruxx serves as a specialized Belgian brasserie located in the heart of Prague, dedicated to replicating the authentic atmosphere and menu of a traditional Belgian establishment. The kitchen is operated under the guidance of chef Jan Pípal, who sources fresh clams three times a week from wild beds to ensure quality for their signature dishes. The menu is heavily rooted in original Belgian recipes, featuring items such as escargots, Ardenne ham, Belgian cheeses, and homemade French fries. A significant draw is the extensive beverage program, which includes more than sixty types of bottled Belgian beers, eight rotating draught options, and a guest beer from a local Czech mini-brewery every fortnight. The establishment provides a versatile space, functioning as a lively spot with a resident DJ from Wednesday through Saturday, while simultaneously remaining accessible for families with a designated play area and weekend supervision for children. Throughout the year, guests can also anticipate specialized culinary celebrations, including lobster and prawn events.
