Located in Petřínské sady, the Mirror Maze provides a unique blend of 19th-century history and classic fun. Built as a pavilion for the 1891 Jubilee Exhibition, this castle-like building was designed to imitate the historic 14th-century Vyšehrad Špička gate. Once inside, you first walk through a maze constructed of 35 mirrors before encountering a significant 80 square meter diorama that depicts the 1648 battle at the Charles Bridge between Prague citizens and the Swedes. The experience concludes in a traditional hall of laughter, where a series of warped and twisted mirrors create humorous distorted reflections. The building is designed to be fully navigable on a single level, though visitors should note that some corridors within the maze contain sharp turns.
